Brooklyn Nine-Nine is an amazing show if you haven't seen it, and while watching it right now a Lincoln commercial came on. It compared the MKZ to a Caddy ATS, and a Hyundai, and blah, blah, blah... Then the announcer mentioned that the MKZ's starting price is the same between the gasoline powered, and the hybrid versions. This begs the question, if you were to buy a new MKZ for [insert reason here], which would you go with? Carbon powered, or Karma powered?

Well, I'd go gas only then engine swap it with a 5.0 Coyote.

For the same price I'd always pick the hybrid. Why wouldn't you?

Since I would be using it as a daily driver the hybrid is the best choice. Just sell it before the batteries go bad.

Ya I never understood this commercial. If it has good mpg, then it has a high price. If it has a good price, than it had worse mpg
